1 cup Turmeric Magic
2 cups frozen mango cubes
1 frozen banana
6 ounces plain non-dairy yogurt OR coconut milk
1-inch fresh turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
1-inch fresh ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger)
In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen banana, non-dairy yogurt, turmeric, and ginger with the orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid or coconut milk as needed till you get a perfect consistency.
